This position manages the patient experience at the LMHS Employee Health Clinics with a population of 17,000 Employees, Providers and Volunteers. Responsible for overall effective performance of Employee Health practice including management of staff, workflow development, patient schedule management, provider and staff engagement, patient experience, financial performance and billing compliance. Develops practice operational plans and budgets (capital and operations) and implements performance improvement strategies within the practice.

This position is responsible for the recruitment, development and supervision of staff and coordinating with the Medical Director the supervision of clinical staff. Ability to apply effective communication strategies to solve and facilitate simple and complex situations which enhance the culture and performance of the Employee Health Clinics. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of Lee Memorial Health System.
