SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers the Employee Health Services (EHS) Program on behalf of the organization- managing team members and specific program components. Collaborates with Human Resources, Clinical Operations, Infection Prevention, Emergency Management and others to manage the EHS program on behalf of the organization. Directly manages the EHS team and services within the department.
Endeavors to promote the health of all team members by facilitating an Employee Health Program which includes making recommendations for employee health testing and screenings, observing trends in employee illnesses and promoting health education.
Works in conjunction with Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care facilities, as well as various regulatory and certifying bodies to ensure collaborative efforts are made to ensure the creation and facilitation of EHS programs operate optimally in order to support the organizational needs. Ensure all applicable requirements are met regarding the safety and overall welfare of team members, contractors, volunteers, and anyone internal providing services for BCN lines of business. Serves as a subject matter expert regarding EHS Program components and regulations.
Collaborates with various entities to establish and promote company initiatives, to provide services, support timely compliance, associated documentation and/or reporting, and to ensure continuity of care for individuals throughout the organization, receiving services through the EHS program.

Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing. BSN preferred.
Is currently licensed as RN through the State Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a manager or equivalent demonstrated leadership.
Minimum of two years general nursing experience, experience in employee health and/or infection control and safety is required with basic knowledge of the principles of employee health, federal and state regulations, and CDC guidelines and recommendations for health care workers; or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analytics, workforce analytics and/or related experience required.
Proficiency with personal computer and windows software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Advance excel skills (e.g., writing/troubleshooting complex excel formulas, macros, pivot tables, power queries, etc.) preferred.
Must have strong human relations skills and be able to interact with a variety of groups and leadership.
Ability to work with multiple data sources and combine relevant information to analyze the data and generate actionable insights supported by effective communication to key stakeholders using available tools and resources. Project Management experience preferred.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to measure the effectiveness of employee health programs, interventions, and efforts for the organization.
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.

Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. Has presented a pre-employment physician's health clearance including a negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as required by the organization's policy.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Have satisfactory references from nursing school, previous (or current) employers and/or professional peers.
Have excellent assessment, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation and has the ability to work with individuals and teams/groups.
